Being alone is not the luxury people can afford in today’s fast-paced world. How much ever you try to avoid, the noise from outside or the havoc in your mobile makes sure you do not miss anything… Blame it on social media or your own curiosity but the voices of the world will echo in your head if not in your ears. I had participated in a short story competition organized by Times of India. I did not bag any awards but still wanted to share the story with you. Here it is.... I hadn’t seen him for seven years.
